Artwork received from our customers are generated into proofs by our design team. Upon customer approval, plates or cylinders are made according to the requirements of the print job.

Design and artwork are produced by our experienced in-house team, always with the understanding of both customer and production needs.

Extrusion is the first step of production.

The equipment chosen is varied depending upon the end use, from a mono-layer machine for generic purpose, to a 7 Layer machine for special barrier properties.

Our equipment is “state of the art” with the latest technology, engineered for an ideal resin mix and operated by an experienced production team.

Both Flexo and Roto-gravure print options are available with us.

FLEXO :- Flexographic printing uses flexible photopolymer printing plates wrapped around rotating cylinders on a web press, up to a 1350 mm printing width.

Flexographic runs at extremely high speeds, prints on a wide variety of substrate materials and is ideally suited for longer production runs.

ROTO-GRAVURE :- In Roto-gravure printing, the image is engraved onto a cylinder. This cylinder is partially immersed in the ink tray and as the cylinder rotates, it draws excess ink onto the poly-film which is sandwiched between the impression roller and the gravure cylinder. Once in contact the ink is transfered onto the poly-substrate.

This is most popular printing process used in flexible-packaging manufacturing, because of its ability to print on thin film such as polyester, OPP, nylon, and PE, which come in a wide range of thicknesses, commonly 10 to 30 micrometers.

The extruded film is printed and converted into the required bag size.

Our state of the art cutting machines are equipped with high technology sensors for precision product control. Our bags have the best possible sealing properties in the industry.

A dedicated Quality team monitors and checks all requisite product parameters, through continuous in-line and off-line inspections. All finished products are also inspected before leaving our facility.
